Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.  Your Role Manage and monitor batch processes using BMC Control-M.Provide L2 support for batch scheduling and job execution.Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize batch workflows.Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and maintain accurate documentation. Your Profile 4+ years of experience in batch scheduling and scripting.Hands-on experience with Control-M and automation scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).Proficiency in English (verbal and written).Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 (preferred).Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation standards.
