Your Role
Manage and monitor batch processes using BMC Control-M.Provide L2 support for batch scheduling and job execution.Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize batch workflows.Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and maintain accurate documentation. Your Profile
4+ years of experience in batch scheduling and scripting.Hands-on experience with Control-M and automation scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).Proficiency in English (verbal and written).Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 (preferred).Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation standards. Manage mission-critical batch processes for large-scale enterprise systems, giving you hands-on experience with complex environments.Work with BMC Control-M, automation tools, and scripting languages (Shell, Python), and possibly integrate with cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.Promoting work-life balance, flexible work arrangements, and employee well-being programs.
