JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruiters have to spend their time vigorously on the phone with talents on a workday in screening/qualifying (active/reactive recruiting), pipeline (passive recruiting), sourcing management, social recruiting, internal/external candidates sourcing, referral management, candidate management, interview collaboration, managing the entire recruitment workflow and rolling out offer letters.


  • Must be goal-oriented (driven by numbers) with a history of achieving targets (submittals/interviews/hires) and accomplishing the organization's mission by completing related results as needed with a burning desire to be successful.


  • Manage the full onboarding process to cope with a rapid expansion plan


  • Be the trusted advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR (for instance compensation & and benefits, HR policies, and similar).


  • Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions


  • Handle operational issues such as absence performance management and disciplinary procedures within our team


  • Support workplace experience and engagement activities


  • Administration of the performance management cycle


  • Refinement of the competency framework


  • Continuous and productive engagement with employees


  • Design and administration of Talent Management mechanisms at appropriate times


  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention


  • Provide HR policy guidance to employees


  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning


  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals


  • Evaluate training programs and Suggest new HR strategies

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in an agency setting)
  • Phone Skills, Recruiting, Sourcing, Interviewing Skills, People Skills
  • Knowledge of different job portals. (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, )
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Confident and able to deliver in fast passed dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Excel and different office tools.
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and practices
