Position Overview:We are looking for a highly analytical Investment Banking Analyst to support financial modelling, research, and preparation of deal materials across M&A and capital markets engagements. The role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to contribute effectively to live transactions and business development initiatives. This position provides exposure to end-to-end deal processes and offers a strong learning environment for aspiring investment banking professionals.Key Responsibilities:Financial Modelling & ValuationDevelop and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysesAssist in valuation exercises and sensitivity analysis for live mandates and pitchesPitch books & transaction documentationPrepare pitch books, information memorandums, and investor presentations under senior supervisionEnsure all client-facing materials are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with firm standardsResearch & AnalysisConduct company, industry, and market research to support transaction execution and business developmentPrepare industry landscapes, company profiles, and benchmarking reportsTransaction SupportAssist in due diligence and coordination with legal, tax, and financial advisorsSupport data-room management and deal documentationInternal CollaborationWork closely with Associates and senior team members to deliver client-ready outputsEnsure timely execution of assigned workstreams with high attention to detailQualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline (CA/CFA candidates preferred)1–2 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or corporate financeProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of financial modelling and valuation techniquesStrong analytical, quantitative, and communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
