We seek a highly skilled AI Engineer to craft robust, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate complex tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Enabled Product Development: Evaluate and integrate emerging techniques into our production systems, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and recent advancements in foundation models.High-Performance Search and RAG: Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Evaluation Frameworks: Develop robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.QualificationsProficiency in Python, data-oriented algorithms, and 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science.Background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Experience with Modern Python microservices, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Familiarity with AI Agent Stack technologies like LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS.
