Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer to drive the development and optimization of our core AI features.This role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Computer Vision for document and media intelligence.Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of RAG pipelines to deliver accurate and contextual answers.Integrate, manage, and fine-tune commercial and open-source LLMs like OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek for use in chat interfaces and AI-powered applications.Optimize embedding strategies and manage vector databases to ensure high performance and low latency similarity search.Develop and enhance Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document layout analysis solutions to process complex file types for RAG and embeddings.Implement Computer Vision models to process and extract intelligence from image and video files.Evaluate and make strategic decisions on when to use pre-trained models, fine-tune existing models, or build custom models from scratch to meet client requirements.Lead the custom training and fine-tuning of machine learning models and pre-trained models for specific tasks.Establish machine learning operations best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable deployment of all AI components on major cloud platforms.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and software development, with experience in LLMs, RAG systems, and Computer Vision.They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++ is essential, as well as experience with popular AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.BenefitsAs a Senior AI Engineer at Light Ring Technology, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.You will receive competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Our company culture values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and talented Senior AI Engineer looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this exciting opportunity.We look forward to hearing from you
