What You’ll Do as an Engineering Lead:


  • Develop and execute the engineering roadmap in alignment with company’s strategic objectives
  • Build and nurture a high-performing Engineering Team of 10-20 professionals
  • Managing existing tech infrastructure and optimise performance and technology cost as we scale
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and management to define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Architect and develop robust, scalable systems focusing on reliability and performance. System reliability is a must to achieve zero live class downtime.


We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:


  • 5+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proficient in the full Technical Stack, delivering quality code across both Frontend and Backend
  • Proven track record of leading, supporting, and growing a team of 10+ engineers across Frontend, Backend, Mobile Apps, and DevOps
  • Working knowledge of NodeJS, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Next.js, React Native Web, JavaScript, and AWS CloudFormation/Python
  • Deep understanding of best engineering practices for all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Willingness to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of Azure is a plus
