The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, supervise site execution, and ensure quality and timelines are maintained. This role requires regular site travel, and a personal two-wheeler is a must (travel reimbursements provided).Key Responsibilities:* Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per design plans and schedule* Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution* Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team* Address and resolve any issues or delays on-site* Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times* Maintain site reports and documentationRequirements:* B.E. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering* 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers with strong interest in interior projects are encouraged to apply)* Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with frequent travel* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailBenefits:* Travel reimbursement* Exposure to dynamic interior design projects* Career growth opportunities in the design and execution domainSurescout.in is hiring on behalf of Orgo Interiors.Please send your resumes to reachus@surescout.in
