  • Workday Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. This role necessitates a profound understanding of Workday functionality, robust project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • 8 years of IT experience and 4-7 years of strong hands-on experience in workday technologies- EIB, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business process framework, Security, Custom Fields, XML/XSLT, Studio.
  • Experience with Workday Studio is a must .
  • Good understanding of Integrations and data flows with third party systems
  • At least two full implementations of workday, with demonstrated workday technical and integration experience.
  • Experience in post-production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexcepted results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.

Experience in troubleshooting data issues/corrections

Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system, and complex ERP projects

Mandatory Skills:

  • Should be able to interact with client form offshore for requirements phase and able to develop design solutions

Should have very communication skill


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HR and/or finance business processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.


Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • Specify required certifications (e.g., Workday HCM Functional Consultant, Workday Financials Functional Consultant)


Immediate- Serving NP until month end preferred.
