We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Manager I to join our Asset servicing This role is in Pune, MH–HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively
- Owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes and Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
- Utilizing design thinking frameworks to lead and facilitate workshops to understand client and market needs, develop a compelling solution and business case and map client journeys
- Translates user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Works closely with platform leaders to establish each Group’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
- Monitors the risk and regulatory environment and partners with the senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed
- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders and manages sprint demos
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Graduates of bachelor’s degree programs in business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant domain expertise in alternative investment Services domain or capital markets and financial services domain is required.
- Experience in product-based roles in financial services industry is good to have.
- Experienced with leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile ways of working
- Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
- Strong communication skills, both with team and executives
- Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
