We’re seeking afuture team member for the role of Vice President,Technology Product Manager I to join ourAsset servicing This role is inPune, MH–HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in thefollowing ways:
- Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicateit effectively
- Owns end to end ofdelivery on pod outcomes and Accountable for product specificbusiness outcomes once solution enters production and communicateregular tracking to stakeholders
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product visionaligns within platform strategy and requirements
- Utilizing design thinking frameworks to lead andfacilitate workshops to understand client and market needs, developa compelling solution and business case and map clientjourneys
- Translates user needs into userstories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Worksclosely with platform leaders to establish each Group’s businessvalue and support messaging, communication and customer outreach asnecessary
- Monitors the risk and regulatoryenvironment and partners with the senior management to considerchanges to deliverables as needed
- Facilitatesrelease planning with stakeholders and manages sprintdemos
To besuccessful in this role, we’re seeking thefollowing:
- Graduates of bachelor’s degree programs in business,related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant domain expertise in alternative investmentServices domain or capital markets and financial services domain isrequired.
- Experience in product-basedroles in financial services industry is good to have.
- Experienced with leading cross-functionalteams
- Experience with agile ways ofworking
- Strong leader, collaborator, teamplayer, and individual contributor
- Strongcommunication skills, both with team andexecutives
- Ability to leverage multipleinfluencing techniques to motivate a team
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead theteam to push the solution and progress
