Job Title: Test ManagerThe position involves leading the planning, execution, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.Utilize SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.Strong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior, or collections strategies).Familiarity with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides).Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
