Senior Quality Assurance Manager Role:To devise comprehensive quality assurance strategies and oversee their execution for web and mobile applications.To collaborate closely with product managers, project leaders, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.To track and analyze quality metrics, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights.To lead a team of QA professionals and manage offshore members, including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.To perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.To drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.Scope of Testing:Web applications for desktop and mobile browsersNative Android and iOS applicationsBrowser extensionsBackend APIs and batch processing systemsYour Responsibilities:To define and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.To develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate application functionality and performance.To coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.To maintain detailed records of testing activities, results, and recommendations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Senior QA Manager or similar role.Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and testing principles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
