Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead our international process.Candidates with technical voice or blended process experience are highly desired.Develop and implement robust QA frameworks, SOPs, and evaluation processes that drive excellence.Conduct thorough analysis of call/chat/email evaluations, identify trends, and propose data-driven improvements.Ensure seamless compliance with client-specific KPIs and service level agreements.Provide actionable insights on key quality metrics - NPS, FCR, QA Scores.Drive root cause analysis for quality deviations and develop corrective action plans.Effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships (3rd Party Client Management).Experience with Six Sigma, certified COPC, or Lead Methodologies is highly valued.A minimum of Green belt and Black belt certification is required.Leadership/managerial experience of at least 2 years is essential.Strong knowledge of QA tools and call center metrics is expected.Proficiency in PowerPoint and QA software is necessary.Supporting innovation and continuous improvement is crucial.
