Strategic Partnerships OfficerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential corporate partners for collaborations.You will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.You will coordinate campus placement drives, training programs, and recruitment activities to attract top talent.You will develop proposals and presentations for corporate partnerships to secure new business opportunities.You will organize and manage corporate events, workshops, and seminars to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.You will negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.You will maintain a database of corporate contacts and track engagement activities to optimize our outreach efforts.You will prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes and opportunities to inform our business strategy.Requirements:At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or similar roles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders.Strong networking and relationship management abilities to drive business growth and revenue.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create effective proposals and presentations.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.Professional demeanor and presentation skills to represent our organization positively.Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field to provide a solid foundation for your career.Experience in educational institutions or training organizations is preferred but not required.About the Role:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and professionals through strategic partnerships.
