Job Opening: Publisher Delivery Manager – CPL Affiliate Marketing (US Market)Location: Remote / Indore (Hybrid)Company: Seize The Ads (STA)Type: Full-Time⸻About UsSeize The Ads (STA) is a fast-growing performance marketing network operating in multiple verticals — Home Services, Finance, Insurance, and Education — with a strong focus on CPL-based campaigns in the US market.We manage both direct advertiser relationships and owned-and-operated offers like eHomeQuote, driving quality lead generation through transparent, scalable affiliate partnerships.We're now expanding our Publisher Division and looking for a Publisher Delivery Manager who can take full ownership of publisher onboarding, traffic delivery, and performance optimization.⸻ Role OverviewAs a Publisher Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:• Onboarding, managing, and scaling high-quality publishers / affiliates.• Ensuring smooth traffic delivery towards direct and O&O offers with complete compliance and transparency.• Taking ownership and accountability for daily delivery, traffic monitoring, and performance.• Driving growth by connecting publishers to suitable offers and ensuring quality traffic with no fraud or low-intent behavior.You will work closely with the Advertiser Management Team and Internal Media Team to align publisher performance with campaign objectives.⸻ Key Responsibilities• Identify, onboard, and activate new publishers across multiple verticals.• Manage the end-to-end delivery process from onboarding to first conversion and scaling.• Ensure publishers deliver traffic according to offer KPIs, compliance, and vertical guidelines.• Analyze publisher performance — EPCs, lead quality, and conversion rates — and optimize accordingly.• Coordinate with the advertiser team to ensure offer readiness, payout updates, and caps alignment.• Maintain constant communication with active publishers via Skype, Telegram, or email, ensuring engagement and quick responses.• Proactively monitor traffic quality, fraud checks, sub-ID tracking, and geo compliance.• Develop strategies to expand traffic zones (native, search, social, display, email, etc.) through publisher collaborations.• Maintain accurate records of onboarding, contracts, and publisher billing.• Take complete accountability for offer delivery and ensure maximum utilization of available caps.⸻ Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Publisher Management (preferably CPL side).• Strong understanding of lead generation, tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, Everflow, Trackier, etc.), and traffic quality metrics.• Must have experience in managing US market CPL campaigns.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with publishers globally.• Analytical mindset with comfort in working on performance dashboards and lead reports.• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results under timelines.⸻ Nice to Have• Existing publisher connections in US Home Services, Finance, or Insurance verticals.• Familiarity with ping-post systems, live transfer offers, or call-verified lead campaigns.• Experience with anti-fraud tools, postback setup, and compliance checks.⸻ What We Offer• Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.• Transparent, growth-oriented culture where ownership is valued.• Opportunity to work closely with direct advertisers and internal media teams.• Exposure to premium US CPL campaigns and exclusive owned offers like eHomeQuote.⸻ How to ApplySend your resume to with the subject line:"Application – Publisher Delivery Manager (CPL)"
