ents.Analyze routing and designed system for creepage and clearance for the FPC as well as FPC to rest of the battery module and
pack.Work with System, Mechanical, Manufacturing engineering, and FCP/PCB vendors to optimize design la
yout.Support comprehensive design reviews and documentation to initiate and answer all DFM feed
back.Main contributor/owner in the development of innovative Lithium-Ion battery pack and module design for automotive and industrial applications as it relates to FPC des
igns.Making decisions and recommendations that have impact on FPC Designs and related activities of the g
roup.Team player with the ability to work effectively in group sett
ings.
Qualific
ationsA minimum of 5 years of layout experience with exceptional understanding of FPC layout, manufacture, and constr
aints.Must know how to use Altium Designer software for printed circuit b
oards.Flexible printed circuit materials knowledge is req
uired.PCB design Experience is a must from schematic, footprint, Routing and layer construction analysis by using PCB Design Software (Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics Expedition, Mentor Graphics
PADS).3D modelling experience is a plus (SolidW
orks).MS degree or Equiv
