The PCB design engineer will interact with the Hardware designer to collect requirements of design.
Later he has to interact with electrical engineer team, thermal team, mechanical team, EMS team analysis team and has to design the PCB board to the requirement.
The PCB designer has to Design the PCB to the requirement of hardware or EE teams.
He should be able to capture the schematic, schematic symbol creation, net-in, knowledge of IPC standard footprint creation, setting up workspace in layout according to mechanical constraints, placement, constraint setting, placement, routing and other PCB design related knowledge.
Requirements Candidate must be able to handle project individually.
Interacting with hardware designer or EE team for requirements Candidate must know how to create libraries for schematic and layout.
Candidate must be capable of understanding data sheets from vendors.
Good knowledge of mechanical drawing understanding and visualization Candidate must know entire PCB process as explained in job summary.
Candidate must know Allegro 17xx and above versions for PCB design and should be using same tool presently for at least last 2 years without break.
Candidate must have independently worked on high power boards at least for 2 years.
