Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to build, manage, and secure our internal IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in establishing enterprise-grade IT processes, managing device security, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple locations, and creating a secure information management framework. You will lead a small team and work cross-functionally to support KEUS's rapid growth while maintaining the highest standards of security and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Endpoint Security Evaluate, implement, and manage MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Mosyle) for company laptops (macOS/Windows) and mobile devices Establish device enrolment, provisioning, and configuration policies for new employees Implement endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and application whitelisting Manage OS updates, security patches, and software deployment across all endpoints Create device compliance policies and automated remediation workflows 2. VPN & Network Connectivity Design and deploy a VPN solution (e.g., Tailscale, NetBird, Headscale, WireGuard) for secure organization-wide connectivity Ensure secure, low-latency access to internal resources for remote employees and field teams Configure VPN profiles and distribute them via MDM for seamless onboarding Implement network segmentation and access control policies based on user roles and locations Monitor VPN performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure 99%+ uptime 3. IT Asset Management & Lifecycle Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory system (hardware, software licenses, peripherals) Define and implement asset lifecycle processes: procurement, deployment, maintenance, retrieval, and disposal Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing Track asset depreciation, warranty status, and schedule timely replacements Implement secure data erasure and environmentally responsible disposal processes for end-of-life assets 4. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 IT support/administration staff Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create professional development plans Establish IT support workflows, SLAs, and ticketing processes Conduct regular audits of team activities, response times, and resolution quality Build documentation and knowledge bases for common IT procedures 5. IT Infrastructure & Network Management Oversee network infrastructure across headquarters, experience centers, showrooms, and remote offices Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for internal tools and collaboration platforms Implement and manage identity & access management (IAM) systems (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace Admin, Azure AD) Configure and maintain firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools Ensure business continuity with backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and redundancy Coordinate with ISPs and service providers for connectivity at all locations 6. Information Security & Compliance Develop and enforce information security policies, guidelines, and best practices Implement data classification, access controls, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) measures Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing Manage employee security awareness training and phishing simulation programs Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR awareness) Establish incident response procedures and lead security incident investigations 7. Policy Development & Documentation Create comprehensive IT policies covering acceptable use, BYOD, remote work, and data handling Document IT infrastructure architecture, network diagrams, and runbooks Establish onboarding/offboarding IT checklists integrated with HR processes Maintain up-to-date disaster recovery and business continuity documentation Key measures of success: Infrastructure Uptime & Reliability (99%+ availability) Security Posture Improvement & Zero Major Incidents Efficient IT Operations & SLA Compliance IT Asset Accuracy & Lifecycle Management Excellence Successful Implementation of IT Policies, Processes & Team Development Key Competencies: Ownership of Action and Results Process Centricity Customer Centricity Team Management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5-8 years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, or similar roles Proven experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of VPN technologies, preferably mesh VPN solutions (WireGuard, Tailscale, NetBird) Experience managing both macOS and Windows environments Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and SaaS administration Knowledge of IAM solutions and SSO implementation Experience managing IT operations across multiple physical locations Strong documentation and communication skills People management experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified, AWS Solutions Architect Experience with Zero Trust security architecture Familiarity with IoT device security and edge computing environments Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring Background in startups or fast-growing technology companies Potential Future Team Expansion: As KEUS scales, the IT function may expand to include specialized roles.
