As an Observability Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our monitoring and analytics capabilities. The primary focus is on developing and maintaining our end-to-end observability platform with Dynatrace. This involves deploying and operating OneAgent/ActiveGate at scale across multiple cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.Your responsibilities include:Platform Implementation and OperationsDesigning and Operating Dynatrace SaaS/Managed Architecture, ActiveGate Topology, RBAC, Tagging, Management ZonesStandardizing OneAgent Rollouts (VMs, Containers) and Dynatrace Operator on Kubernetes/OpenShiftWe are looking for someone who can drive reliable data-informed operations through advanced dashboards, SLOs, and automated alerting. A strong background in IT service management, DevOps, and Cloud Computing is essential for this role. If you have experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic, that's a plus
