Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, data analysis, and cloud-based solutions.Responsibilities include:Supporting ongoing platform activities and project efforts as neededTriage of identified issues across Account source platforms, integrations, and Customer Data HubAnalysis and triage of API messages as part of ongoing platform supportPerforming CDH (Customer Data Hub) initial data loads and data cleanup using Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL, and DatadogExtracting Google Big Query data to support data analysis activitiesPartnering with IT platform experts to drive resolution of data issuesSupporting user maintenance and setup activitiesCollaborating with the data stewardship team to ensure robust data maintenance capabilities and business processes are working correctlyMonitoring key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expectedRequirements:Active experience in master data management applications, including data extract and load tools, user maintenance, data analysis, and basic system configurationExperience with Google Big Query, Data Dog, Postman, and TableauProficiency in delivering and supporting cloud-based solutionsFundamental knowledge of REST API integration and JSONExposure to integration technology such as Kafka, messaging buses, and integration brokersExperience with scripting languages, such as Java and JavaScriptFundamental understanding of data governance and its role in supporting a master data-based applicationAble to lead technical discussions with customers/business users and leverage the value of customer data solutionsExcellent oral and written communication skills at both business and technical levels, with ability to collaborate as part of a teamExperience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and ability to write well-structured user stories and participate in agile ceremonies using JiraFamiliarity with data lakes, ETL, and data analytics, with solutions like Big Query and TableauExperience in health sciences is a strong plus, with specific knowledge of customer journeys and business workflows in a healthcare-regulated environment
