This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, strategic planning, and ROI-focused digital execution.About the Role:You will own relationships with clients, understand their marketing and commercial goals thoroughly, and translate them into high-impact advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.Managing mid-to-large scale accounts will directly influence campaign effectiveness, client success, and long-term partnership value.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Advertising Account OwnershipPerformance Strategy & OptimizationClient Retention, Upsell & Account ExpansionCross-Channel Coordination & Execution OversightData Analysis, Reporting & ForecastingCross-Functional CollaborationRequirements:3–7 years of experience managing advertising accounts, with specialization in Google Ads & Meta Ads.Proven ability to manage multiple mid-to-large budget accounts simultaneously.Deep understanding of digital advertising principles: targeting, attribution, bidding, funnel planning, and CRO.Strong command of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPV, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.Advanced proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data dashboards.Strong communication, client handling, and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful business recommendations.A results-oriented mindset with high personal ownership and accountability.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
