Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making. As we continue to expand globally, this role will play a pivotal part in driving financial efficiency and growth.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Financial Leader who can provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure robust financial governance, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Remote-friendly working arrangement.Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing global education organization.A collaborative culture with room for growth and leadership development.The ability to directly influence financial strategy and organizational direction.How to ApplyInterested applicants should submit their résumé and a brief cover letter via .
