Job Title:Product Development Lead - Crypto Trading OperationsAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Lead to join our dynamic and rapidly growing crypto exchange. As a key member of our trading operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our trading platform.Key Responsibilities:• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers.• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, quant researchers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle, facilitating communication and coordination to ensure successful delivery of trading operations and reporting solutions.• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading operations and reporting solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data analysis and user feedback.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.• Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, with a focus on functional requirements for web applications.• Understanding of crypto markets, and derivative products – futures and options is desirable.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up and be part of a passionate team of professionals coming from backgrounds in finance, technology, startups, IITs, IIMs, and ISB.
