Project Coordination SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities:Coordinate project kick-off meetings and progress updates with stakeholders.Collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Utilize data collection methods across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities, working directly with DSOs/metering companies or through the installation of data loggers and sub-meters.Act as a central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders (property managers, tenants, etc.).Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Python or APIs.
