The role will be embedded in a digital acceleration programme aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and brand experience through innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging IT, marketing, and global platform teams, ensuring brand strategies are enabled by robust, scalable, and compliant digital technologies.Responsibilities:Lead the planning and delivery of digital projects across internal and third-party teamsGuide brand and marketing teams in leveraging technology to achieve consumer engagement goalsAudit, scope, and deliver pilot and scaled digital initiatives across global marketsMaintain a consumer-first approach, using digital tools to create meaningful, data-driven experiencesIdentify capability gaps and engage appropriate vendors or technology partnersStay informed on emerging technologies and their potential applicationAct as internal IT consultant to brand stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutionsDrive compliance with standards, GDPR, and approved technology frameworksSupport stakeholder engagement across CMI, Media, eCommerce, and Digital teamsEssential Skills and Experience:Demonstrated experience managing digital projects in complex global environmentsStrong understanding of FMCG marketing and technology ecosystemsFamiliarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Audience Manager)Working knowledge of GDPR regulations and complianceExcellent stakeholder engagement and project management skillsAbility to deliver presentations and research findings effectivelyExperience managing multiple projects and third-party vendorsSolid grasp of usability, accessibility, and maintainability standards for digital platformsEffective communicator and influencer, able to liaise with cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with hands-on delivery skillsDesirable Skills and Experience:Exposure to data-driven marketing technologies and metricsPrevious experience advising brands on digital tools and best practicesAbility to lead IT conversations with non-technical business teamsExperience within the FMCG or consumer brand space is advantageousThe candidate should naturally build customer relationships and lead them through the processes necessary to deliver robust solutions.
