Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across diagnostics, pharma, biotech, and life sciences sectors.Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and conference networking to generate qualified leads for our informatics services. You will also research target accounts to map key decision-makers, ongoing programs, and partnership opportunities in bioinformatics, multi-omics, data curation, and clinical genomics.In addition, you will maintain and update prospect databases with accurate lead details, contact intelligence, and engagement history. You will track and analyze engagement metrics, follow-ups, and conversion rates to ensure healthy pipeline progression.You will work closely with marketing and BD teams to refine outreach materials such as intro decks, capability summaries, email templates, and case studies. Your primary goal is to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
