Role - AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled NLP, ML, and AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced NLP and ML models and systems tailored to meet specific project needs. This role requires a deep understanding of data preprocessing, feature extraction, and transformation tasks to enhance data quality and suitability for modeling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement NLP and ML models and systems to address specific project requirements.
  • Data Preprocessing: Conduct data preprocessing, feature extraction, and transformation tasks to improve data quality and suitability for modeling.
  • Model Development: Develop and train ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Model Evaluation: Evaluate models through various metrics and continuously refine them based on performance outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
  • Model Monitoring: Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring their robustness and adaptability to changing data patterns.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in NLP and ML to innovate and improve solutions.
  • Documentation: Document the entire development process, from data analysis and model design to deployment and performance metrics, for internal and external reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in NLP, ML, and AI model development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature extraction techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems like Git.
