Job Title: Transfer Pricing SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, conducting functional, industry, and economic analyses, and performing benchmarking studies.About the Role:Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulations;Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing;Perform benchmarking studies using TP databases and tools;Support the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies;Collaborate with managers and directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentation.Requirements:A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred);Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantage;Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset;Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferred.We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.We encourage applicants who are passionate about transfer pricing and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
