Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management Systems (LMS) consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing LMS systems, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with HR, Learning and Development, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements. Configure and maintain LMS modules, including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting. Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules or third-party LMS/content providers. Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs. Conduct user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users. Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards, and system optimization.
