To date, we have served 460,000+ headcounts, 3,300+ clients, in 113+ countries across 15+ industries.Job Title: Technical Consultant / Demo & Tools Engineer – PresalesLocation: Malaysia / Singapore / IndiaAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Technical Consultant / Demo & Tools Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance our global presales demo environments and PoC sandboxes. This role works closely with Solution Architects and Solution Consultants to bring the product to life — showcasing real-world use cases, integrations, automation flows, and innovation capabilities.This role ensures our presales team delivers high-impact demos, tailored PoCs, and scalable demo architectures across HCM, Payroll, and ecosystem integrations.Key Responsibilities:1.Demo & PoC EngineeringBuild, configure and maintain demo environments and industry demo scenariosSetup PoCs, data sets, workflows, integrations, dashboards & test automation flowsPrepare industry demo scripts, personas, datasets, and use-case librariesManage environment security, version sync with product releases2.Tools & AutomationDevelop scripts, automation tools, and utilities that accelerate demo readinessMaintain demo content updates aligned with product releases3.Enablement & SupportSupport solution consultants with demo technical setupProvide technical troubleshooting during customer sessionsTrain presales teams on demo tools, configurations, and best practices4.Cross-Team CollaborationPartner with Product & Engineering on environment deployment and updatesSupport Product Marketing on demo content, innovation showcases & event environmentsRequirements:2–5 years’ experience in technical consulting, product engineering, HRIS support or presales engineeringHands-on configuration experience in SaaS systems, workflows, integrationsFamiliarity with APIs, cloud environments, data mapping, security frameworksStrong analytical and technical troubleshooting capabilityAbility to transform business use cases into demo flowsGood interpersonal and communication skills, technical documentationPreferredExperience with HCM / Payroll / ERP systems like SAP SF / Oracle HCM / Workday etc.,Understanding of SaaS architecture, SSO, and integration standardsKnowledge of BI tools, reporting, or UX/automation platformsComfortable scripting or working with data tools (SQL, postman/API testing, etc.)Why Join UsBecome the core engine behind presales demo excellenceDrive innovation in demo automation & PoC experienceWork across Solutions, Product, Engineering & GTM functionsHigh-growth role with potential path into Solution Architecture or Technical Product roles
