Project Support RoleJob Summary: As a project support specialist, you will be working closely with senior architects and project managers in the design, documentation, and site coordination.This is a foundational role for developing technical expertise and professional discipline while contributing to premium, compliant projects.Design & Documentation:Assist in transforming architectural concepts into detailed designs through effective communication with the team.Prepare 2D/3D drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.E nsure all documentation is branded, audit-ready, and aligned with industry standards.Revise drawings and documents based on feedback from senior architects and clients.Project Coordination:Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client reports to ensure smooth project execution.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to guarantee compliance with structural, MEP, and safety requirements.Verify the accuracy of drawings, quantities, and specifications before project commencement.Assist in regulatory submissions and ensure adherence to building codes.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and present design ideas.Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, reflecting industry premium brand standards.Site & Execution:Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify contractor compliance with the design.Report any non-conformance issues promptly and support corrective actions.Document site observations in branded formats for audit and escalation purposes.Continuous Learning & Development:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and evolving codes to enhance your skills and knowledge.Enhance your technical and creative skills through training and project exposure.
