Make it smooth, cool, and high-value.Relationship Management: Be the creator’s go-to human. Help them get discovered by brands. Be their success partner, not just a contact.Market Intel: Know who's blowing up before they do. Spot trends before they're trends.Collaboration Central: Work with the marketing, product, and community teams to make creators feel like royalty.👀 What we're looking for:Comfortable handling targets and working towards onboarding themYou live and breathe social media.You know who’s popping and who’s next, in every niche from skincare to stand-up.You're great with people, proper main character energy. Like, actually great. Charming + grounded.
