If you can slide into DMs professionally… You might just be our next hire. 💼 What you'll actually be doing: Scouting: Discover top creators across categories (fashion, finance, food, etc.) and platforms (IG, YT, LinkedIn, even Threads if it pops). Onboarding: Be the first person they meet at HashFame. Make it smooth, cool, and high-value. Relationship Management: Be the creator’s go-to human. Help them get discovered by brands. Be their success partner, not just a contact. Market Intel: Know who's blowing up before they do. Spot trends before they're trends. Collaboration Central: Work with the marketing, product, and community teams to make creators feel like royalty. 👀 What we're looking for: Comfortable handling targets and working towards onboarding them You live and breathe social media. You know who’s popping and who’s next, in every niche from skincare to stand-up. You're great with people, proper main character energy. Like, actually great. Charming + grounded.
