Job OverviewThe successful candidate will lead the UX/UI strategy for retail digital products, encompassing web, mobile, and in-store platforms. This role involves defining and executing large-scale design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.This includes building, scaling, and governing enterprise-grade design systems and UI standards. The individual will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to align design with commercial and customer goals.Advanced user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and data-driven experience optimization will be key responsibilities. Additionally, driving personalization, conversion optimization, and customer engagement through experience design is essential.As a leader, this person will manage, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, UI designers, and researchers. They will establish best practices for accessibility, performance-focused design, and responsive experiences.Representing Design leadership in executive reviews and strategic planning forums is also required. A minimum 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or experience design, as well as experience in leading and managing design teams, are necessary qualifications.Experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or omnichannel customer experience platforms is mandatory.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field is preferred but not required.
