As a Technical Content Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products.The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in technical writing with a focus on software/technology domains. Proficiency in authoring tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Help Authoring Tools is also required.You will work closely with developers, product managers, QA teams, and subject matter experts to gather accurate content and ensure that the documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.Develop user manuals, installation/configuration documents, SOPs, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge-base articlesUpdate legacy documents to meet technical writing standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize documentation with sprint plansRequired Skills:Technical Writing Experience: 5-9 years of experience in technical writing with a focus on software/technology domainsAuthoring Tools: Proficiency in authoring tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Help Authoring ToolsAgile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and synchronizing documentation with sprint plansVersion Control Systems: Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative platformsInterpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing and interacting with SMEs and cross-functional teams
