Job Title: Digital Technology StrategistThis is a dynamic role that requires the design and implementation of Office 365 environments, including Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business. Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement Office 365 environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.The ideal candidate will have experience in transformation deliverables, such as assessment summaries, design documents, and SOPs.This role involves leading and managing customer and partner business results through an engineering or professional services team.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers to provide regular updates, troubleshoot deployment and migration issues, and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting are essential.Expertise in Microsoft solutions, including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect, is required.The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends related to UCC solutions.Awareness of ancillary solutions for Active Directory/Exchange, such as monitoring tools and SIEM, is also necessary.Broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture is essential.The ability to plan a delivery model and resourcing structure for various technologies is crucial.Managing digital user/system certificates for privacy, authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation is also required.Knowledge of ITSM processes and security definitions is essential.Good communication skills and awareness of Disaster recovery plans are also necessary.Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
