Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance and Accounting located in Mumbai. The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, and analyzing financial data. The daily tasks include managing financial risks, developing and implementing financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic financial planning. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong Finance and Budgeting skillsExcellent Analytical SkillsProven experience in managing financial operationsComprehensive understanding of financial regulations and complianceExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldRelevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage
