Requirements
MBA (Preferably Marketing from Top Tier Institute)
Experience - 10-12 years

Job Description:
Help design & implement marketing communication plans for achieving the business objectives by enhancing brand visibility and products & services awareness
Planning, budgeting and execution of marketing activities
Developing marketing calendar and maintaining the budgets & costs
Define creative briefs and work with brand, creative & communication agencies to deliver communications and creatives collaterals
Define and execute national and regional marketing communication plans across different physical channels
Define digital marketing communication plans and execute across various digital mediums
Define and execute social media marketing plans
Coordinate and work closely with geography marketing teams to execute all marketing campaigns and activities in different geographies across India
Work closely with different teams to align and deliver on brand objectives
Execution of Paid and Unpaid OOH sites across all geographies
Execution of Signages and Soft POSM collaterals with specific campaign related communication across all channels
Execution of On-ground local BTL activities and events
Execution of Local and Regional Events & Sponsorships
Track, monitor, report and take corrective actions to execute and deploy all marketing communication campaigns in geography within timelines
Develop a good vendor base for soft / hard POSMs and manage the vendors effectively along with procurement team
Coordinate with different functional teams for execution of campaigns
Regional language translations in different languages, including validation for all forms of communication which includes Radio, TVC, OOH, Soft POSM, Digital Collaterals
Help develop marketing tools for effective marketing campaign management & delivery

Skills and competencies
Strong Brand & Marketing Communication experience
In-depth knowledge of different media
Good at planning & working with numbers and budgeting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Being methodical and passion to deliver
Ability to get work done
Proficiency in using MS PPT, Excel and marketing tools
