Senior GenAI Engineer RoleBecome a key team member in an ongoing project, working on a full-time basis with flexible timings. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and career while building experience in various projects and domains.As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating original content such as text, images, video, audio, or software code in response to user prompts or requests. You'll work in an Agile environment, supporting requirements/story development, software architecture and design, software development, and unit/component testing.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML and generative models. They should also have developed and deployed at least one GenAI system that is live and in production, with a large user base interacting with the system.Key Skills and Qualifications:*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on generative models*2 years of proven GenAI systems development required*Advanced proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks*Developed and deployed at least one GenAI system live and in production*Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing AI projects in real-world settings*Experience with API, batch solutions, and understanding use cases for document solutions*Understanding of parallelization in Python, prompt templates, patterns, and key components*Understanding of threads and concurrency in Python*Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest)*Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS)*Advance Proficiency in foundation models in AWS*Experience with REST API libraries and frameworks such as Fastapi*Design and develop prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI performance*Evaluate and select appropriate models, frameworks, and techniques for GenAI use case*Hands-on experience with open source multi-modal LLMs frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex*Knowledge of Streamlit framework is a plus*Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement*Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements*Familiar with Design Patterns and natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies*Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, artificial intelligence, or related field with 3-5+ years of experience working as a software engineer including prior experience developing AI solutions
