Generative AI Engineer (5–9 Years)Location: Bangalore Hybrid | Full-timeWe are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will lead technical development, drive innovation, and collaborate across teams to shape scalable and secure AI capabilities.Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy LLM-, RAG-, and agentic AI–based applications.- Architect scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, microservices, and cloud (Azure/AWS).- Advance capabilities in vector databases, semantic search, and intelligent document processing.- Partner with product, cybersecurity, and analytics teams to deliver secure, compliant AI solutions.- Define technical vision and roadmap for GenAI initiatives.- Promote ethical AI, governance, and responsible model lifecycle practices.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to research, prototypes, and best practices.Qualifications- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.- 5+ years in AI/ML, including 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs/RAG.- Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, cloud (Azure/AWS), LangChain/LangGraph, PyTorch/TensorFlow.- Proven experience deploying production AI systems and APIs.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Knowledge of data privacy, payments, or financial tech is a plus.Preferred- Experience with prompt engineering, autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks.- Background in financial services or secure enterprise systems.- Track record of building scalable GenAI products or AI agents.
