Job OpportunityThe Outreach Coordinator will design and implement strategies to enhance program visibility and reach a target audience for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.Strategic: Develop outreach initiatives to increase visibility and reach a target audience for UG and PG programs.Operational: Ensure achievement of outreach targets (Lead–Application–Admissions) for assigned regions.Promote the organization by organizing presentations, workshops, and events at schools, colleges, universities, tutors, and coaching centers in assigned territories.Foster relationships with school/college authorities and student bodies to schedule presentations and establish brand awareness.Makes presentations at schools either independently or with faculty support.Identify opportunities with priority institutions that have previously provided quality students.Organize events such as principals' meets, counsellors' meets, open houses, academic workshops, and education fairs.Negotiate participation investments.Analyze regional/national data analytics to identify trends, best practices, and growth strategies.Develop and execute new ideas for outreach and engagement with prospective students and parents.Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly calendars for outreach activities ensuring the right audience is targeted.Conceive events, outline activities in detail with accountabilities, timelines, and approvals.Coordinate with faculty members wherever their participation is required.Manage all travel, logistics, material, and other arrangements for event participation.Requirements:Substantial Leadership and Management Experience: Proven ability to achieve results through optimal resource utilization.External Relations and Corporate Engagement: Dynamic personality with effective engagement and convincing skills for external stakeholders.Personal Attributes and Style: Strong commitment to the organization's vision, ambitions, and values.Proven ability to work effectively and respectfully in partnership across all staff groups.Sound judgment and courage to make difficult but informed decisions, including challenging issues.Exceptional personal and public communication and relationship management skills.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate or Postgraduate with 6 to 12 years' experience in a relevant field.Experience in the education domain preferred (not restricted to exceptional talent).Networking in schools, colleges, and coaching institutions will be preferred.
