Program Manager – Job TitleLocation: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (India Office)Work Mode: Hybrid — 5 days in office + 1 day WFH (Saturday)Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Shift)Role OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end programs across operations, marketing, design, technology, and outlet-level requirements. This role acts as the central command center — ensuring that every project moves from requirement to execution with clarity, speed, and zero ambiguity. The Program Manager manages cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders, monitors progress, and ensures the successful delivery of high-impact outcomes across all brands.Core Responsibilities1. Program Planning & ExecutionBreak down high-level business goals into structured, actionable programs.Create program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability charts.Implement standardized processes across all teams to maintain consistency.Track progress across multiple programs and ensure timely delivery.2. Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the single point of contact between founders, marketing, design, operations, and tech teams.Translate business requirements into clear briefs for execution teams.Ensure inter-departmental alignment to avoid communication gaps.Conduct daily/weekly check-ins, reviewing blockers and priorities.3. Requirement Gathering & PrioritizationInteract directly with founders and on-ground stakeholders to gather requirements.Assess urgency, business impact, and dependencies to prioritize tasks.Convert unstructured asks into structured SOP-ready requirements.Maintain a centralized requirement log with timelines and owners.4. Governance & Quality ControlImplement SOPs to standardize delivery across outlets and teams.Perform quality checks before anything goes out to stakeholders.Establish approval workflows, review cycles, and feedback mechanisms.Ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment across all deliverables.5. Communication & ReportingProvide clear and timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and program performance summaries.Present risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress insights.Maintain solid documentation for all programs and processes.6. Problem Solving & Issue ResolutionIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity gaps early.Facilitate quick decision-making to keep programs on track.Resolve escalations from design, marketing, and operations teams proactively.Ensure uninterrupted progress across all workstreams.7. Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack KPIs for all programs and team functions.Improve workflow efficiency, turnaround time, and output quality.Identify and fix repeated inefficiencies, communication gaps, and process breakdowns.Evaluate program impact on brand growth and operational success.Skills RequiredStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple critical programs simultaneously.Deep understanding of workflows across design, marketing, tech, and operations.Strong documentation, planning, and governance skillset.High ownership with proactive thinking and accountability.Tools & SystemsProject Management (Asana / ClickUp / Monday)Documentation & Tracking (Google Sheets, Notion, Docs)Communication (Slack / WhatsApp / Email)Reporting dashboards (Google Data Studio, internal trackers)Key KPIsTurnaround Time (TAT) on all deliverablesOn-time program completion percentageStakeholder satisfactionReduction in rework and escalationsSOP & process complianceClarity and efficiency of communication
