Job Title:Capital Markets Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Markets Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their expertise in business analysis, financial markets, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as market trends and competitors.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on business strategy and growth initiatives.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.Requirements:8-10 years of experience in business analysis, financial markets, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working with SWIFT MT and MX messages, corporate actions systems, and integration models.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in automation of corporate actions with financial institutions.Understanding of banking products implementation and corporate actions lifecycle.Knowledge of custodian, asset manager, and investment banking operations.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
