IT Marketing/Bench Sales Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of IT Marketing/Bench Sales Specialist. As a key member of our Talent Sourcing & Marketing function, you will be responsible for proactively marketing available consultants to US clients and vendors, driving submittals to interviews and offers.You will build targeted hotlists and weekly mailers, run outreach on job portals, maintain a live vendor network, and negotiate rates and terms. You will also screen candidates for fit and authorization, validate skills, prepare for interviews, and manage submissions with crisp write-ups.Additionally, you will own weekly dashboards, track submittals, interviews, offers, starts, cycle time, and win rate. You will partner with marketing to post roles, craft talent updates, and promote success stories.The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in US IT staffing, bench sales, or candidate marketing, a proven vendor network, and fluency in US tax terms and work authorizations. They should be hands-on with recruiter software, job portals, and at least one ATS system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong negotiation abilities.
