AI/ML Engineer - Geometric Analysis and Design for Manufacturability    We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to play a key role in building our next-generation browser-based platform for geometric analysis and design for manufacturability (DFM). The successful candidate will leverage advanced AI, computer vision, and computational geometry to drive real-world manufacturing challenges.    This high-impact role focuses on bringing real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, impacting how products are designed, costed, and produced globally. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, developing computer vision algorithms, building predictive models, and creating real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment using TensorFlow.js/ONNX.js.    Additionally, the engineer will architect browser-based AI systems that process large 3D models efficiently, integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows, develop WebAssembly modules for high-performance geometry computation, and build scalable model serving infrastructure supporting real-time analysis.    Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing machine learning models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts.Developing computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models.Building predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis.Creating real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment using TensorFlow.js/ONNX.js.Designing data pipelines for continuous model training and improvement.    Responsibilities also include architecting browser-based AI systems, integrating STEP/STL file processing, developing WebAssembly modules, and building scalable model serving infrastructure. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other system components.    To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and software engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is required.
