Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Geometric Analysis Engineer to design our next-generation browser-based platform for geometric analysis and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).This is a high-impact role focused on bringing real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, significantly impacting how products are designed, costed, and produced globally.Geometric Analysis Development & Real-time Inference: Develop ML models for the geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts, create computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models, and build predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis.Platform Architecture & 3D Web Systems: Architect browser-based AI systems that efficiently process large 3D models, integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows, and develop WebAssembly modules for high-performance geometry computation.Manufacturing Analysis & DFM: Develop DFM analysis algorithms for wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, and gate placement, and build moldflow simulation capabilities using AI-accelerated CFD techniques.Required Expertise: Experience: 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments, Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks, and Foundation: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, computational geometry, and optimization techniques.Key Benefits: As a Geometric Analysis Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative products that make a significant impact.Additional Information: If you are passionate about geometric analysis, AI, and software development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
