Sales Growth SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive sales and revenue growth in assigned regions.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute account plans for customers, updating quarterly.Develop new customers using solution sales approaches.Conduct tech days and seminars at key customers.Partner Management:Manage channel partners, system integrators, and distributors.Maintain good relationships with customers and partners.Data Analysis:Analyze region and industry data as needed.Prepare MIS reports and presentations.Requirements:Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent diploma required.MBA advantageous.Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in industrial automation, handling OEM and end-user customers.Core Competencies:PLC, HMI, Sensors.Vision, Motion, and Robotics (added advantage).Benefits:B.E/B.Tech degree in relevant fieldAmbitious & driven sales professionalExperience in developing business through sales and order booking targetsThis role requires an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set targets.
