Job Title: CRM Business Development ManagerAbout This RoleIn this key leadership position, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to engage our growing user base. As a crucial function in marketing for our global business, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth from users who have not previously chosen our offerings.Your responsibilities will include owning quarterly planning, revenue targets, and developing detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives. Conducting experiments on user segmentation & personalization will be essential in identifying wins for broader implementation.Key Skills & Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; an MBA is advantageous.A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in CRM functions of rapidly growing digital-first businesses.Proven track record of deploying marketing campaigns across various channels.Strong data and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL.Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
