Finance Director PositionWe are seeking a highly experienced Finance Head/CFO-level professional with extensive expertise in financial management, preferably from a manufacturing background.The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in:Financial planning and strategic analysis specific to manufacturing operations.Cash flow management, including preparation and analysis of cash flow statements, managing working capital, and ensuring timely invoice collections to maintain healthy liquidity.Banking and financial negotiations, including handling bank credit facilities, arranging working capital, and optimizing credit limits.SAP proficiency, balance sheet preparation, monthly and annual financial reporting, and variance analysis.Strategic thinking and risk management — identifying potential financial risks and implementing proactive corrective measures.Cost optimization and internal control improvements to ensure financial stability and support long-term organizational goals.The successful candidate will have 20+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
